Day 2: Dental Team Management Strategies

 

Day Two focuses on Team Management Strategies in your practice.  We start with a detailed examination of your team’s organizational structure.  We lay out each team member’s job responsibilities and delineate specific accountability.  

To facilitate the delineation of responsibilities, we have developed detailed job descriptions for each position in the practice - in both hard copy and computer word processing format for easy editing. 

We continue your Team Management training with how to advertise, interview, hire, train, review, compensate, recognize, reward and terminate team members.  Basically, we are going to show you, step-by-step, how to hire and keep the team you have always dreamed of.

Every team needs a rulebook.   Ms. Barbara Freet, the nation’s top dental personnel policy expert, will walk you through setting up the latest 2000 edition of The Doctor’s Personnel Policy Manual.  You will leave with a comprehensive, customized dental staff policy manual that is legally valid in your state. 

Twenty-seven percent of all dental practices are currently being embezzled as you read this page.  We uncover an average of one and half embezzlements per month just within the Alliance’s 150 member practices.
