Day 1: New Dental Patient Marketing
 

On Day One, each doctor and his or her mentor will develop a customized New Patient Marketing Action Plan to meet the practice’s need for new patients.  This plan will be based upon each doctor’s style of dentistry, patient demographics, and the goals for increased production and income set during your initial Strategy Retreat.

Each marketing strategy will be evaluated for its profitability potential using your practice's individualized overhead expenses, collections rate and value-of-a-new-patient data.  You will choose from the following three areas based on approaches that best fit your personality.

The MasterPlan Alliance Four-Phase Internal Marketing & Communications Program – is designed to add up to ten additional new patients a month to your practice.
