Let’s be honest. We have all come home from attending great courses, only to end up with a pile of materials sitting on a shelf until we find time to implement (i.e., never). That’s why, in designing the MasterPlan Alliance, we took a giant leap forward, beyond anything you’ve ever experienced, in either consulting or course work.
We have all heard about the importance of choosing a mentor. Someone to help guide us through the tough times in life, answer our questions, and listen to our problems. How often have we been able to find someone who has the experience, the training, and the understanding of what it takes to be successful in dentistry today?
Now, as part of the Alliance, you will have access to such a person. At your Strategy Retreat, we will match you with a mentor who will help guide you through the implementation of your practice plan. MasterPlan Alliance Mentors are men and women who have mastered the essentials necessary to give you the guidance and support you need to achieve your goals. Each of these special people has worked closely with us over the years.
Using our Profit Management Software, our Financial Analyst and your Mentor will help you set your necessary daily production goals. These goals will be based on the personal and practice plans developed during your initial Strategy Retreat. Your goals will be set to cover your practice expenses and your required personal income for the coming year, plus a healthy increase in income for your financial independence.
Over the first three months, your mentor will help you lay out a time table for adjusting fees, improving collections, reducing excess receivables, improving hygiene profitability, finding an associate or any of a number of other projects that were identified and prioritized during your Strategy Retreat. Your practice data will be automatically reported back to the Alliance from the Management Profit Software. You and your mentor will meet by phone monthly to review your success as you implement your strategies.
Your mentor will help you pace the introduction of different strategies into your practice. Our goal is to improve profitability while reducing your stress, not to overwhelm your practice with too much too fast.
